The Best Irish Coffee I Have Ever Drank. Yes.. in San Francisco

Hello and Happy early St. Patrick's Day. First of all, no I am not Irish,...  but still have a love of  numerous things Irish, love wearing Green with blue (almost all the time) and enjoy a great Irish Coffee.

I was taken with this coffee back in the 1970's  when I was able to enjoy the Best Irish coffee I have Ever Drank, at the Buena Vista in San Francisco, California. Now mind you- that was before any speciality coffee shops had taken hold, but it had the magic inside the mix: the whip creme, the sugar cubes, and the Irish whiskey (more taken with the sugar effect then I believe).!

The Beuna Vista opened in 1952, with the help of a Pulitzer-Prize winning writer, & the Buena Vista then introduced to the world it's now famous Irish Coffee. The recipe has never changed and the view is still quite good.!!!

Now, go out and enjoy - whether you are Irish or not. ... and of course, for those that do not partake, omit the Irish Whiskey and add perhaps a third sugar cube, or more whipped Cream???I 'm just saying..
