The Bliss of an Inner Fire

Hello! Well, where has February flown to even with an extra leap year day? I had promised myself to post, post and post, and yet, I found myself in a writer's block. How does that happen? Perhaps overthinking things too much! Much better I say to write from the heart.. as the heart has it's own inner fire to keep us warm with essential heat and love for ourself and others.

As we roll towards Spring, we may still have to turn up the embers to get us thru the last remains of winter. That is also to say, turn up our own internal flame. Remember why we are here, remember why we love and remember who we are.

So much learning, so much to think about, and a take away for me was about further empowerment of who we are and remembering who we are. We were made for Victory, Greatness and to Crave not food but Crave a beloved God. If we continually fill up with the stuff we think we need, we find no room for the key of what we truly desire, the room for God to reflect our goodness and essence of self.

Have you ever looked in the mirror, yes with the lights fully on; and can say to yourself - Hey I'm beautiful and believe it? Perhaps if not, it is because we are too full of the "stuff" we don't need, the excess baggage and the issues that continue to remain unresolved; with an endless emotional struggle.Yes, surely; our mirror image never reflects what the outside world views.. But we need to be kind to ourself. Take care of of heart... and remember to love and share love from our heart.
