Also test drive a few yoga DVD's available at your local library. There is a Yoga right for all; even programs tailored for the physically challenged at any age. Yoga has been around with its benefits for ages. No one knows exactly when Yoga began, however concensus is- it predates written history. Stone carvings depicting figures in Yoga positions have been found in archaeological sites in the Indus Valley dating back 5,000 years or more. So, take some time for yourself and find a yoga that may work for you. Nothing like trying something new to get the blood flow going and invigorating the mind! As always, please check with your doctor or medical practitioner to ascertain that you are healthy enough to start a new exercise program.

Our heart gives us life, and that is reason enough for us to take good care of it. Eating nutritious food, exercise and kicking the habits of smoking and drinking would lead one to healthy living. It may be difficult at first, but it is a lifetime investment.
